CANCELLATION AND REFUND

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

1.4 Once the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 LN Sewing Store does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
2.2 All purchases made on our website are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Replacement Policy

3.1 Replacement requests are only applicable in the following cases:
Product received in damaged condition due to transportation
Defective product received
Wrong product delivered
3.2 All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.
3.3 Replacement will be provided only for selected products or specific parts that are technically possible and available for replacement.

3.4 In certain cases, only damaged or defective parts may be replaced instead of the complete product.
3.5 Some products may not be eligible for replacement depending on product type, availability, or nature of damage.
3.6 Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and/or videos as proof.
3.7 Requests submitted without proper proof or after the specified timeframe may be rejected.
3.8 LN Sewing Store reserves the full right to decide whether a product qualifies for replacement or not.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 LN Sewing Store shall not be held responsible for:

Minor color variations due to screen/display differences
Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
Damage caused after successful delivery
Improper usage or handling by the customer
